Send actual product and packaging samples where feasible. Agree a trial plan with measured pack dimensions, material specification, acceptable output and inspection criteria. Request records that show the full operating cycle and resulting packs. A short edited video should be supplemented by the agreed results, setup record and photographs where needed.
